Brentwood Village

A popular food sensation in Brentwood Village is Roast Deli & Market, located at 147 South Barrington Avenue, right next to BrentShip and More.  Owner and Chef, Whitney Werner has opened numerous hotels and restaurants throughout his 30 years in the hospitality business. Roast already has a steady stream of loyal customers, both new in Brentwood as well as customers from Whitney's former restaurants. Hours are 11 am to 9 pm 7 days a week.

Unlike many delis today, everything is cooked fresh at Roast Deli & Market. Nothing is prepackaged,  Everything is fresh daily, roasted in-house. Chef Whitney offers only top quality meat and poultry.  For example, his beef brisket and corn beef are certified Angus.  Roast beef is prime and chicken is Mary's Happy Chicken brand with no antibiotics, no hormones and free range.  His turkey are never frozen and are local Zachy farm turkey breast.

In addition to the sandwich "Slider" menu, all items are available individually to take home, cooked or uncooked.  For example, meats are available by the pound and cut to customer's order. Chef Whitney's popular "Chop Chop" salad is available as individual salads or by the pound. All meats and poultry are roasted in house daily, available by the pound, or as sandwiches on artisan buns.
