Burn 60 is personalized interval training in a group setting
Each 60 minute class rotates cardio on a treadmill) and strength training in 5, 10, or 15 minute intervals.
Classes are tailored to meet every level of fitness from beginner to advanced.
Sessions are available in single or group packages.
Our certified instructors incorporate music and strength training into each class.
Free water and towel service.
Validated parking is available across the street until 5pm. Open 7 days.
